This method involves two major steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1. Add cPanel email account to Mozilla Thunderbird<\/b><\/p>\n

1. If you already have Thunderbird installed, go to the setup screen and select the Email<\/strong> option.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Enter the following details as shown the below screen:<\/span><\/p>\n

Your name:<\/strong> It can be anything whatever you like, or how your name will appear when sending emails.<\/span><\/p>\n

Email address:<\/strong> It is the email address you are setting up,<\/span><\/p>\n

Password:<\/strong> It is the password for that account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, click the Configure manually<\/strong> button after filling above details.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you fill in the above details, then tap on the “Done”<\/strong> button to proceed further.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Thunderbird will do some tests, then it will be redirected to the page. Now, simply click on the email button to go to your inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Go to the Add-Ons option and install “ImportExport Tools”.<\/p>\n
