How to convert EML file to CSV Online
- Add the file. Drag the .eml onto the box at the top of this page, or click Choose EML File. Only .eml files are accepted, up to 4 MB.
- Click Convert to CSV. The email is read by our converter and comes back as one spreadsheet row: number, subject, from, to, cc, date, attachment names, attachment count and the message text.
- Save the spreadsheet. The CSV downloads automatically and opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or any database import. Click Convert another file to add more.
- One email per conversion, 4 MB maximum.
- Attachment names are listed in the row; the files themselves are not included.
- HTML emails are converted to plain text for the Message column; encrypted (S/MIME) messages cannot be read online.
