We advise our customers to first go for FREE DEMO VERSION FIRST of the software before buying it to assess the performance of the software. You can directly download trial version of the program from our site. Different types of error can occur suddenly due to number of reasons which can cause corruption.

The demo edition will help you to determine the level to which our software is useful to you. If there is a different between outputs of Demo and Full version, only then this situation is further intensified toward the refund consideration process.

Note:

Refund could be application in the situation when the DEMO version of our software showcase a feature and the Full-Licensed version fail to do that

Before the refund, you must discuss with our technical support team to first try and resolve the problem in every possible way.

  • Due to any case, if our software get failed to perform operation, we apologize for the inconvenience and request our customers to send their file at support@adviksoft.com so that our technical support team can analyse your file and send the precise solution to you. The files send by our customer will not be revealed to anyone and it will be confidential and after sending the solution, the files send by a customers will be safely disposed.
  • If our support team fails to perform the migration, then our organization will refund your money (excluding shipping/handling/commission/TAX) to your credit card account within the 30 days of purchase.

Refund Guidelines

Clients who purchases any Advik Software through any our website or authorised reseller has complete right for refund of Advik Software software before 30 days from the purchase date but, the reason should be related to the following guidelines

  • Purchase must be done directly from the Advik Software site or Authorized re-seller of Advik Software .
  • Any misinterpretation by with the published material as promotion of the software by Advik Software , this client's responsibility to clear or get the exact interpretation from our support team
  • A solution will provided if full licensed version of any software usually works but not completely.
  • You are free to contact to our support team, if software purchased fails to perform operations which were promised. After studying and analysing all the issues by our technical expertise, a solution will be given and then also, if the issue is not resolved we will refund you the money, you invested while purchasing and also the amount will only be resolute as per the issue and task solved by the software

Following conditions must be true for refund

  • If the Client has the ability to perform the operation as stated with demo version but in the Full Version that functionality does not exists.
  • If the Advik Software Support Team fails to help the client in resolving the issue.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for

  • Delay in communication or in downloading.
  • Misdirect or lost email.
  • If mail will be marked as SPAM by the mail server or the email client application used by the client
  • Sudden unexpected delay
  • Any delay due to reckless issues.
  • Due to any reason if downloading or the activation mail is bounced by the by the sender or receiver mail server.
  • After purchasing and then done with the process and now you no longer have the requirement of software.
  • If the software was accidentally processed and now you are willing to remove it from your system.
  • If you have purchased the wrong product.
  • Any problem related to operating the software after purchasing.
  • If the software you purchased is not compatible to the platform you are working with.
  • If there will be any delay due to weekend process.
  • If the basic requirements are not be supported by the machine you are using and you are unable to use the software.

Refund is not accessible in the following case

  • If the software become unsuccessful to execute the process promised and likewise any other software in the market also unable to execute the same process, then refund will not be initialized but if other software can then refund can be claimed
  • Without performing the demo version first, refund cannot be claimed
  • When Uploading is fail to our FTP or client unable to upload files in case of failure in software.
  • If operation of tool is performed 30% successfully by any of our software, then also refund cannot be claimed.
